All subscription boxes are shipped out on the 15th of every month. Assuming no carrier interruptions/inclement weather, your box will arrive within a few days.
All subscription renewals will take place on the first day of every month. The cutoff date to purchase that month's box is the 10th. If your purchase falls in the middle of the billing/cutoff window (1st-10th), you will be charged instantly for that month and then normal billing will resume on the first of the next month.
One-time boxes will be billed instantly and shipped within a few days.
All payments are secure using Stripe and all of your private information is NEVER sold or shared with anyone.
Unsubscribing is easy! Just login to your account, navigate to your subscriptions, and select "cancel subscription" (Note: unsubscribing is only available with the month-to-month plan. All commitment terms must be honored)
